I Beatniks, sono nati a San Paolo, Brasile durante la metà degli anni '60, nel 1962 in realtà, quando erano ancora conosciuti come The Hits,band di rock'n'roll e twist. A quel tempo tempo avevano la seguente line-up:Tutti and Marcelo (guitars), Bog (bass), Mingo (piano) and Aidas (drums).
